Tasks & Responsibilities
Analysis and resolution of complex disruptions across a wide ICT spectrum, if necessary with support from the 2nd and 3rd level organization at our customers' locations and in the data center
Receiving and evaluating customer inquiries such as disruption reports, questions, and change requests in personal, digital, and telephone form
Responsibility for planning, installation, commissioning, testing, recovery, and acceptance of complex ICT environments (firewall, network, server, storage, client, office IT, etc.)
Responsibility for planning, implementation, and meticulous documentation of IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change)
Developing and providing training materials and further developing the knowledge database
Meticulous oral and written communication and collaboration with various stakeholders
Ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfillment of service level agreements (SLA)
Assisting in the development and further enhancement of the service center process landscape and support organization
High customer focus and identifying and pursuing continuous improvements
Participation in the upstream project NND (New Nuclear Domain)
Profile & Requirements
Completed vocational training in computer science (EFZ) or equivalent experience in the ICT field (certifications are an advantage)
Professional experience in IT service desk and IT support environments
Experience in supporting complex ICT environments with very high security requirements is an advantage
Good multidisciplinary technical skills in IT systems
Independent and structured working style and ability to motivate to initiate new solutions and accompany their implementation
Very good verbal expression skills to clearly formulate and visualize complex relationships
Interest in the nuclear industry and willingness to build professional competencies there in the long term
Personality of a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
Impeccable character
Driver's license category B
Willingness for maintenance operations and on-call duty outside of office hours
