- You lead and organise the department both in terms of personnel and structure, ensuring smooth ward operations
- Together with your team, you ensure professional, safe, and high-quality care
- You are present in everyday nursing, actively support your team, and accompany employees as well as trainees in their professional and personal development
- You recognise development and optimisation potential and constructively contribute your ideas to further develop processes and workflows
- You enjoy interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration and contribute with your commitment to a positive, appreciative team culture

- You hold a diploma as a registered nurse HF / FH and have several years of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
- Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience and wish to further develop in this area
- You are characterised by a structured, analytical way of thinking as well as a good business understanding
- Your communication is marked by clarity and empathy; in everyday work you convince through decisiveness and high reliability
- You enjoy recognising potential and specifically promoting employees in their professional and personal development
