About the job
In this versatile role, you support our CISO team in further developing information security and protecting our systems, data, and processes. You work on exciting security and compliance topics, coordinate vulnerability management and awareness measures, and help ensure that regulatory requirements are sustainably met.
For this varied task, we are looking for a motivated individual with an interest in cybersecurity, data protection, and modern ICT environments.
What you will achieve
Your main tasks are:
Supporting the CISO team with information security, cybersecurity, and data protection topics
Assisting in the establishment, further development, and audit evidence (especially ISAE 3000 Type 1 and Type 2)
Processing, coordinating, and tracking vulnerability reports as well as ensuring the implementation of measures
Supporting the implementation and compliance with security requirements, policies, and processes of the ISMS
Maintaining and managing documentation, evidence, and security records in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
Organising, tracking, and evaluating awareness and sensitisation measures
Participating in security, data protection, compliance, and ICT projects
Supporting the Cyber and Emergency Organisation (CNO), including exercises, attack simulations, runbooks, and protocols
Collaborating with internal departments, service providers, auditors, and software partners
Administrative and organisational support of the CISO area
Why you will succeed
Completed training or studies (HF/FH/Uni) in computer science, business informatics, cybersecurity, or a comparable field
Alternatively, practical experience in the ICT environment with a strong interest in information security and data protection
Basic ICT knowledge and technical understanding
Initial knowledge in information security, cybersecurity, data protection, IT governance, or risk management is an advantage
Structured, independent, and careful working style
Quick comprehension and high reliability
Enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders and external partners
Interest in new technologies and current developments in cybersecurity and data protection
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
