Reception Intern (100%)
University of Applied Sciences for Life Sciences FHNW, Campus Muttenz Services
Your tasks:
At the FHNW Campus Muttenz reception, you will face a varied and diverse role within a closely cooperating reception and room reservation team. At the central contact point for internal and external customers, you will significantly shape the appearance of our university of applied sciences. In the front and back office, you are responsible for the following activities:
The position is limited until 30.06.2028.
- Assisting customers at the reception desk
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Processing reception and room reservation requests by e-mail
- Overseeing and controlling room utilisation
- Managing loan materials, office supplies, and lost property
- Handling cash management
- Taking on various other administrative tasks and optimising services with the team
The position is limited until 30.06.2028.
Your profile:
- You are in the process of obtaining a vocational certificate as a commercial clerk in the service & administration sector (S&A)
- You are confident in using MS Office and have good English skills, both spoken and written
- A quick grasp of new information is one of your strengths, as is commitment in hectic situations
- You know how to organise yourself and think in a connected way in everyday work
- You have a communicative and helpful personality with great enjoyment in dealing with lecturers and students
