Carpentry Project Manager (M/F)

Randstad Bulle is looking for one of its partner clients, a renowned company active in the Fribourg region, for a carpentry project manager. If you are autonomous, rigorous and passionate about technical and human management, this opportunity is made for you!
Your tasks:
Project management: Complete handling of files, from technical study to final delivery, including site monitoring.
Study and costing: Reading plans, establishing measurements, managing offers and rigorous budget monitoring.
Client interface: Main contact for architects, end clients and various trades on site.
Technical coordination: Resource planning, ordering materials and monitoring execution to ensure deadlines and quality standards (SIA) are met.
Team management: Supervising carpentry fitters and ensuring compliance with safety rules.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Training: Federal VET Certificate as a carpenter completed by a federal diploma, ES or HES degree in wood engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Significant experience (minimum 3-5 years) in project management in the carpentry or fit-out sector in Switzerland.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in technical drawing/CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) and office tools.
- Soft skills: Natural leadership, ability to manage priorities and diplomacy in client relationship management.
- Requirements: Driving licence essential for travel to sites.
