For a modern and well-established care institution in the canton of Solothurn, we are immediately seeking a motivated and responsible Care Assistant SRK or Health and Social Assistant (AGS) for a temporary assignment of 80-100%.

Your Tasks

Committed support of the nursing staff in the daily care and support of residents
Participation in basic care, mobilisation, and meaningful and varied daily activities
Taking on important domestic tasks in the residential area to ensure a clean and pleasant environment
Active contribution to promoting the well-being and quality of life of the residents - with heart and attention

Our Requirements

Completed training as a Care Assistant SRK or Health and Social Assistant (AGS EBA)
Ideally, first practical experience in long-term care
Strong empathy, high team spirit, and sense of responsibility
Reliable, committed, and independent working style
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
