Specialist Sales Internal Service / Export

• Independent recording, checking and processing of customer orders including deadline monitoring
• Competent support of our customers regarding questions about orders, delivery dates and deliveries
• Coordinating forecasts, stock levels, customer call-offs and availability
• Coordinating and handling shipping, export and goods dispatch including customs, VAT, preferential origin of goods, export control
• Maintaining framework agreements, price lists and customer portals as well as close cooperation with internal interfaces

• Completed vocational training, for example as a commercial clerk EFZ, logistician EFZ or a comparable basic training
• Further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal diploma or comparable further training in foreign trade
• Several years of experience in order and export processing as well as sound knowledge of customs, preferential origin of goods and Incoterms
• Professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing company
• Good English skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially in the SD module, is agreat advantage
