As an HR Business Partner, you are the central point of contact for managers and employees, ensuring the entire Employee Life Cycle and driving important HR projects forward. You work closely with a dedicated HR team that supports each other.

- Trustworthy conversation and sparring partner for site managers, executives, and employees
- Consulting and support throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle – from recruitment to exit
- Independent management and implementation of recruitment processes including active sourcing
- Accompanying and implementing change management and organizational development processes
- Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of measures for personnel and organizational development
- Support for managers in personnel discussions (e.g., feedback, goal agreements, conflict resolution)
- Participation in HR projects as well as initiating your own improvement and digitization initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations
- Close and partnership-based collaboration with the HR admin team as well as with Learning & Development, including mutual support in day-to-day business and projects
- Further education in HR management (e.g., HR specialist certificate) or a degree with an HR focus
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security law
- High IT affinity, experience with HR tools (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage
- Strong consulting skills, empathy, and sensitivity in dealing with different stakeholders
- Experience in leading or actively accompanying change and transformation processes
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; French is an advantage
