Your contribution in our team
You lead consulting projects on environmental, climate, energy and resource economic issues in interdisciplinary teams. You are motivated to analyse the impact and economic effects of political measures and to contribute to evidence-based policy. You appreciate working in small, agile teams, with which you expand our models and methods and network with the interdisciplinary EBP specialists. You gladly take on responsibility, maintain direct contact with clients, build cooperations and expand your network in the market. You coordinate the deployment of younger team members and support them. In the event of successful project and market field development, there is the possibility to co-lead the business unit.
Your skills
- University master’s degree in economics, political or social sciences
- Several years of professional experience in a consulting role on topics in environmental, climate and resource economics; established own thematic focuses or expertise advantageous
- Several years of experience in acquisition and an existing professional network in Switzerland
- Independent project management with regard to quality, costs and deadlines
- Knowledge and project experience in quantitative methods such as CGE, IOT, CBA, energy system modelling or market models
- Enjoyment in coordinating and further developing our services together with clients and partners
- Team-oriented, open and creative personality with pronounced initiative
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Confident in German, good oral and written expression in English; French skills advantageous
