At Schlogari, we offer people with psychological and/or intellectual disabilities a special living environment and create achievable as well as fulfilling working conditions for you. This way, you can realise your full potential and experience yourself as an important part of our great community. Fancy a varied position with scope for creativity? In the OnSite 3 area, around 22 employees accompany, care for and support approximately 32 residents. The interprofessional team supports the residents according to their needs and strengthens their participation and self-efficacy.
This is your task
You support the manager in leading and further developing a team that accompanies the residents in two residential groups. In their absence, you take over their duties. You complement the team as a specialist in the individual care and support of the residents as well as in dealing with challenging situations.

You are a responsible and open person who actively faces challenges both professionally and personally. You want to gain leadership experience and engage with leadership topics. You approach work with humour and composure, are interested in people and their uniqueness. If possible, you bring experience in supporting people with psychological and/or intellectual disabilities and can adequately pass on your knowledge. Through your tolerant and open attitude, you enable perspective shifts.
