Deputy Team Leader: Production Drive Competence Centre (flexible deployment as required / day, evening and night shifts)
Your area of responsibility
In this role, you will gain exciting insights into various production teams and gradually develop towards team leadership. You will take responsibility for a smooth production process and actively contribute to the further development of teams and processes. Your tasks include in particular:
- Deputising for team leaders during holidays, illness as well as training and further education
- Ensuring a high-quality, timely and economical manufacturing process
- Coordinating employee deployment according to qualification and demand, also across teams
- Supporting the promotion and training of employees
- Identifying and implementing improvements in processes and quality
- Analysing manufacturing problems and initiating appropriate measures
- Ensuring coverage of critical production processes during evening and night shift deployments
- bring a technical basic education in mechanical engineering or electronics, e.g. as a polymechanic, automation technician or comparable
- have already gained initial experience in a deputy, coordination or leadership role in production
- ideally have completed further training as a process specialist or technician
- are flexible and can imagine changing deployments in day, evening and night shifts
- take responsibility, work independently and at the same time are a true team player
- enjoy a varied task and want to develop towards team leadership
- a familiar working and company atmosphere with transparent information flows and interdisciplinary exchange
