As an SME, we jointly manage the three compensation funds for Bernese employers, transport, and private clinics. As a modern service provider, we operate throughout Switzerland in the areas of the 1st pillar. Are you looking for a varied challenge in a demanding specialist field? With us, you take on responsibility, contribute your expertise, and support customers in all questions regarding AHV contributions. The start date is negotiable.

Your tasks are demanding and varied

• You support employers, self-employed persons, and non-employed persons throughout Switzerland
• You record persons and employers liable to contributions
• You clarify national and international questions regarding insurance obligations
• You manage the accounting of the compensation fund and are responsible for the collection of contributions
• You have telephone and personal contact with customers and external bodies

Your skills

• You have a commercial basic education with further training in accounting
• You have experience in social insurance or fiduciary services
• You act independently and have a flair for numbers and IT processes
• You are a committed, reliable, and eager-to-learn person who enjoys working service-oriented, carefully, and efficiently
• You think in a networked way and can handle the challenges of a dynamic environment
• Fluent German and good French skills complete your profile. Italian skills are an advantage.
