The trained eye of our buyers pays the utmost attention to ensuring that our customers in the branches only encounter shoes, handbags and accessories that have passed our processing and material tests and correspond to current trends. Thus guaranteeing the best quality at the best price.

This is your training with us

Retail specialists EFZ advise, support and serve customers on various communication channels. They conduct demanding advisory and sales conversations in the local national language and in a foreign language. At Walder, they create product- and service-oriented shopping experiences and also participate in operational and inventory management processes.

If your school performance does not meet the requirements for a three-year basic education or other reasons prevent you from a three-year basic education, there is also the possibility to complete the two-year training for retail assistants with a federal vocational certificate (EBA). With appropriate aptitude, you can then add another two years and thus also complete the basic training for retail specialists with a federal diploma of vocational education and training (EFZ).
