You have several years of experience in a service-oriented environment and are looking for a new, meaningful and exciting role with long-term prospects? Your tasks
- Welcoming our customers in the customer hall
- Determining needs by considering individual wishes and goals as well as recognising potential
- Conducting comprehensive advisory discussions with private customers in the areas of finances, saving/investing and retirement planning
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognising and conveying further customer needs
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs and safe deposit facilities
Your profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience (post-training) in a customer-oriented service sector (e.g. insurance, tourism, retail, telecommunications)
- Enjoyment of active customer advice and a strong sense of our customers’ needs
- Enthusiasm for economic topics as well as affinity for digital channels and confident use of MS Office applications
- High flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Confident appearance in customer contact through a communicative and trustworthy manner
- Strong sales and service orientation
