Our partner is an international industrial company operating in an innovative and constantly evolving environment. To strengthen its management team, it is looking for a Finance Manager responsible for overseeing financial activities and supporting strategic decisions.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You manage all financial activities of the site, ensuring the quality of closures, the reliability of financial statements, and the monitoring of performance necessary for strategic decisions
• You develop operational and strategic controlling by coordinating budgets, financial forecasts, cost accounting, and performance indicators to sustainably support the company’s objectives
• You supervise treasury, investments, tax obligations, and internal audits while identifying improvement opportunities to enhance financial performance and compliance
• You lead several specialised teams and promote the optimisation of processes, tools, and working methods to improve efficiency and support business development
• You collaborate closely with senior management by providing relevant financial analyses, anticipating future challenges, and actively contributing to executive committee decisions

You offer your new employer

• You hold a higher degree in finance, accounting, or management control and wish to apply your skills in a demanding and stimulating industrial environment
• You have proven experience in financial management, ideally gained within an industrial company, and knowledge of German accounting standards is a real asset
• You communicate fluently in French, German, and English to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders in an international context
• You are proficient in SAP modules as well as the main financial management, reporting, and data analysis tools used in complex environments
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, take initiative easily, enjoy teamwork, and approach challenges with foresight, pragmatism, and dynamism
