These are your tasks

• Inpatient care, support and promotion of adolescents
• Day-to-day key worker role in close interprofessional collaboration
• Work with relatives including family discussions
• Implementation of the nursing process
• Leading milieu-therapeutic groups
• Co-design and implementation of the further development of the youth psychiatric service

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in nursing HF/FH (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
• High integration ability, social and personal competence
• Resilience as well as a sense of humour
• Experience in the youth psychiatric setting is an advantage
