What is my role?

• You are the first point of contact when customers complain and ensure that every gripe becomes an opportunity

• You juggle complaints and throw around 8D reports, 5-Why analyses and Ishikawa diagrams as if it were the most natural thing in the world

• You detect errors like a detective, initiate measures and relentlessly check whether they really make a difference (CAPA is your middle name)

• You bring production, QA, development, purchasing and sales to the table – in such a way that everyone is wiser in the end and quality rocks

• You delve into key figures, recognise patterns and implement improvements that really make a difference

• You help to take our quality management system to the next level

• When customers come for an audit, you are there – and you don’t let us down at internal and external audits either

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a technical basic education and have added something in quality management

• You have already been involved in quality in a manufacturing company for a few years – preferably in the food or life sciences sector, but not a must

• Complaints are no bogeyman for you and you know quality standards not just by hearsay

• Quality is non-negotiable for you, you work in a structured and reliable way, and IT systems are your friend (SAP skills? Jackpot!)

• You can express yourself in German and English like a pro – whether orally, in writing, internally or with external partners

• You are a communication talent with bite, who not only solves problems but also inspires teams, initiates change and ensures that improvements are not just on paper
