CNC Setter

For one of our partners in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a:

CNC Setter on 2*8 shift schedule

for the mixed box sector

• Ensure the operation, adjustment, and start-up of our CNC milling machines of the Chiron FX/FZ, Micro 5 (UGV), Bumotec S181, CT501 (grinding) types during the machining of our precious watch casing parts
• Be responsible for the conformity of the manufacturing by carrying out visual and dimensional checks and, if necessary, making the required corrections in compliance with workshop instructions
• Prepare the machining station by mounting the tools and fixtures and checking the conformity of the tooling. If necessary, make the required tool corrections.
• Ensure the handover of instructions to the relay teams
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, machines, and tools as well as comply with Health and Safety at Work (HSW) regulations
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the working environment as well as in training actions within the framework of manufacturing process developments

Profile

• Proven experience in industry and ideally in a high-precision field

• Accustomed to shift work
