What is my role?

• Leading and motivating a team of 15-25 employees, including planning of personnel resources

• Conducting quarterly employee reviews and qualification discussions

• Ensuring continuous knowledge transfer within the team

• Monitoring daily logistical operations for renowned warehouse clients

• Optimising and managing the warehouse according to proven logistical principles

• Documenting customer-specific processes

• Preparation, control and approval of performance data for warehouse billing in the role of Key User

• Ensuring our high standards regarding order and cleanliness

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ

• Further training as a logistics specialist or process specialist is an advantage

• Affinity for commercial activities as well as sound business management understanding

• Proven experience in staff management

• Knowledge of GDP/GMP and HACCP processes required

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• Confident handling of IT systems and warehouse management software

• Reliable, flexible and resilient personality with an independent, team-oriented and quality-conscious working style
