Senior Property Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%
What you will achieve
- You manage mandates for rental properties and condominium and co-ownership communities
- You look after residential and commercial properties
- You lead the local management team of 5 employees professionally and ensure the best possible organisation of operational business
- You support the Head of Management Mittelland as a sparring partner in leadership and development tasks
- You assist with professional and operational management issues of all kinds
What makes you successful
- Property management is your passion and you remain calm even in stressful situations
- You score with flexibility, service orientation and several years of experience as a property manager
- You are motivated to gain initial leadership experience and/or already have leadership experience and want to develop further
- You have completed training or further education as a federally certified real estate trustee or property manager with a federal diploma
- You have a professional network in the Bern/Mittelland area and know how to acquire new clients
