The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
From August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a:
Care Specialist Night Watch (60 - 70%)
What to expect:
- You bear the main responsibility for accompanying and supporting the clients at night
- Support of clients with personal hygiene, carrying out medically prescribed nursing care, administration of medication as well as emergency and patient care
- You maintain client documentation in RedLine
- You work in blocks
What we expect:
- Training as a Care Specialist or Health EFZ, Social Pedagogy, Curative Education or Nursing Specialist HF, FH
- Experience in dealing with people with cognitive or psychiatric impairments
- A professional and appreciative attitude
- Sense of responsibility, high resilience and interconnected thinking
- Independence and flexibility
- Preferably experience as a night watch
