Plant and Equipment Builder
Activities
- Setting up, operating and monitoring machines in the sheet metal processing area
- Working on the bending machine (bending sheet metal parts according to drawing)
- Independent machine setup and tool changes
- Processing sheets according to technical drawings and work plans
- Quality control of manufactured parts (dimensional control, visual inspection)
- Optimization of manufacturing processes and ensuring smooth production flow
- Performing simple maintenance and repair work
- Compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Completed technical or manual training (e.g., plant and equipment builder, plant operator, production mechanic, polymechanic or comparable)
- Experience in sheet metal processing, especially working with bending machines
- Technical understanding and confident reading of technical drawings
- Independent, precise and reliable working method
- Quality awareness and sense of responsibility
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
