Metalworker – Workshop Manager with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Management and organisation of the workshop operations including daily processes
- Planning and coordination of production orders based on workshop drawings
- Monitoring quality standards, deadlines and economical manufacturing
- Carrying out demanding metalworking, locksmith and welding tasks as well as final assemblies
- Optimising workflows and supporting process improvements
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a metalworker EFZ or metal locksmith EFZ
- Several years of experience in metalworking with expertise in workshop and assembly
- Leadership experience and organisational talent to manage employees
- Confident handling of welding processes MIG, MAG and TIG
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
