For our client, a leading company in the insurance industry, we are looking for a communicative and sales-strong personality as Insurance Customer Advisor (m/f/d). In this exciting role, you will advise prospects by phone and digitally, identify individual customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions. You will combine modern communication channels with personal and customer-oriented advice.

Your Tasks

• Telephone and digital advice for new and existing customers
• Analysis of customer needs and development of suitable insurance solutions
• Creation and presentation of individual offers
• Active sale of insurance and service products
• Support of customers throughout the entire advisory and sales process
• Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system
• Use of modern digital communication and advisory tools
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Contribution to achieving sales and quality targets

Your Profile

• Enjoyment of sales as well as telephone and digital customer advice
• Strong communication skills and a convincing manner
• High customer and service orientation
• Independent, goal-oriented and motivated working style
• Very good German skills as well as good French or Italian skills; other languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of modern digital work tools and IT applications
• Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Experience in sales, customer service or the insurance industry is an advantage - motivated career changers are also welcome
