Job Description

• Technical and organisational leadership of the assigned trades
• Creation, control and monitoring of schedules
• Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines and occupational safety
• Coordination of specialist planners, contractors and internal project participants
• Tendering, awarding and accompanying services
• Management and supervision of subcontractors on site
• Support in the completion of planning and execution phases
• Negotiations with suppliers and contractors
• Continuous optimisation of construction processes and procedures.

We expect

• Basic training in the construction sector with appropriate further education, construction management school, university of applied sciences or university degree
• Initial experience in construction management or the motivation to take the next career step
