For our client, a technically oriented company with customised manufacturing solutions, we are looking for a designer or mechanical engineering technician (m/f) who wants to combine their technical know-how with organisational skills.
The position is deliberately designed to be versatile: around 50% of the activity is devoted to design, while the other half is located in the area of AVOR and production planning. In doing so, you accompany orders from technical elaboration through work preparation to implementation in production.
Good knowledge of 3D CAD, ideally SolidWorks, as well as strong organisational talent are particularly important. At the same time, the position offers interesting long-term development opportunities.
- Creating and editing 3D models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings
- Creation and maintenance of parts lists, manufacturing documents and technical documentation
- Preparation of orders for internal production
- Planning and coordination of manufacturing processes
- Coordination of material requirements, deadlines and production capacities
- Technical clarification of orders and support of implementation
- Close cooperation with production, purchasing and other internal departments
- Support in improving existing processes and manufacturing procedures
- Coordination of various orders and priorities in day-to-day business
- Increasing assumption of technical clarifications with customers
- Prospectively participation in or taking over own projects
- Further training as a mechanical engineering technician HF or comparable further training advantageous
- Experience in design and/or work preparation
- Very good user knowledge of a 3D CAD system, ideally SolidWorks
- Good technical understanding and spatial imagination
- Enjoyment of a versatile role between office, design and production
- Organised and structured way of working
- Independent, solution-oriented and reliable personality
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various contacts
- Willingness to take on increasing responsibility in the future
- Fluent German language skills

- Completed technical training, for example as a designer, polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable- Further training as a mechanical engineering technician HF or comparable further training advantageous
- Experience in design and/or work preparation
