Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Host/hostess for our additionally insured patients
- Proper ordering and serving of meals and drinks taking medical requirements into account
- Reception, consultation, support, and farewell of additionally insured patients as well as various errands
- Presentation of room infrastructure and minor cleaning tasks
- Interesting and responsible role in close cooperation with interface areas, especially the kitchen and nursing
What You Bring for This Position
- Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist EFZ, or equivalent training
- Experience in hospital operations is an advantage
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as good IT skills
- Willingness to work during the following hours: Monday to Sunday between 06:35 a.m. - 7:20 p.m., in various shifts (early shift, late shift, and split shift with 3 hours break)
