Childcare Specialist 60-100%
fixed-term from January 2027 until the end of August 2027
Your main tasks
- Professional care and age-appropriate promotion of the entrusted children
- Close collaboration within the team
- Creation of daily offers for the mixed-age children’s groups based on the educational concept
- Conducting regular parent meetings such as entry, status, and exit discussions
- Supervision of apprentices and/or interns
Your profile
- Training as FaBe EFZ or equivalent pedagogical qualification (recognition is mandatory for foreign diplomas)
- Professional experience in working with children is essential
- Experience in supervising apprentices, preferably already familiar with the revised training
- Committed, flexible, and empathetic
- Team player
- Open to digitalisation in childcare
