This position offers you
- You take on the culinary responsibility for your station – from planning through preparation to the perfect finish. You use the cook-&-serve method, where freshness and quality come first
- You set culinary standards that inspire with your taste, craftsmanship, and creativity – shaping the gastronomic experience of our guests
- You contribute your ideas to menu planning, support ordering goods as well as goods receipt control, and ensure that everything is ready at the right time and in the right quality
- You promote our apprentices, recognize their potential, and help them develop their own style – as a coach, role model, and motivator
- You monitor inventory and ensure that hygiene and safety regulations are consistently followed
You bring the following for the position
- You have successfully completed your training as a cook EFZ – ideally complemented by several years of experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- You have a pronounced creative streak and love working with high-quality, regional, and seasonal products – always looking for new, inspiring combinations
- You are a team player who communicates clearly, takes responsibility, and fosters strong collaboration
- You work reliably, have a keen eye for detail, and strive for gastronomic perfection – with courage, creativity, and genuine quality awareness
- Thanks to your empathy, you recognize the needs of guests and understand what makes a dish not just good but unforgettable
- You stay focused even when things get hectic, find solutions in unclear situations, and see changes as a spice that keeps your workday exciting
- Very good German – both written and spoken – is standard for you
