Your responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly payroll in accordance with Swiss legal requirements and collective labor agreements (CCNT)
- Manage personnel administration: contracts, changes, absences, integration/departure, and certificates
- Manage social insurance and administrative processes (AHV, BVG, accidents, permits, etc.)
- Ensure liaison with internal stakeholders (accounting, HR, etc.) and external partners (insurances, authorities)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
Your profile
- Training in human resources
- Proven experience in payroll and human resources management in Switzerland, ideally within the framework of CCNT regulations
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and the social insurance system
- Strong computer skills, familiarity with HR/payroll management software (SAP, Mirus, Abacus, etc.)
- Reliable, discreet, precise, and highly organized
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English or German is an advantage
