HR Generalist 50% (Job Sharing)

Guggisberg is the Bern specialist for building envelopes and energy-efficient renovations. With all competencies around roofs, facades, and energy, we support new construction projects or make existing buildings fit for the future – from single-family homes to commercial complexes. Our company is one of the leading in this industry and has around 120 employees.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Generalist 50% (Job Sharing) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• You take responsibility for the entire HR life cycle from entry to exit
• You are responsible for payroll accounting, social insurance, and administration
• You accompany the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• You independently lead and implement exciting HR projects
• You support HR management in strategic HR topics
• You advise our line managers on all HR matters

What you bring

• Completed training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with Abacus
• Organizational talent with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
• Flexible, resilient, service-oriented
• Independent, efficient working style
• Maintains humor and a cool head even in hectic times
