The beautifully situated Hochweid Retirement Centre in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for 48 residents as well as a care living group with 10 places for people with dementia. Also part of our centre is a retirement settlement with 53 retirement apartments.

You are a service professional and take responsibility for a warm, attentive and professional service for our residents, tenants and guests. You are a team player and work closely with the kitchen, nursing and housekeeping. Together with us, you shape a service that truly puts people at the centre.

• Providing a professional, appreciative service in the dining room and cafeteria (early and late shifts)
• Assisting with events and banquets
• Managing the cash register system including daily closings
• Ordering
• Ensuring and complying with hygiene and quality regulations
• Contributing to the design of processes and quality standards

• Qualification as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ or several years of professional experience, preferably in the health or elderly care sector
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as understanding of the Swiss dialect
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people, strong service orientation and empathy
• Independent, structured working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Very good manners, team spirit and resilience
• Willingness to work early, late and weekend shifts
