Company Description
The Hôtel de la Cigogne 5*, a Relais & Châteaux establishment, has 50 rooms, junior suites, and suites, each decorated in a different style. This charming house features a gourmet restaurant as well as a beautiful lounge for meetings, cocktails, lunches, and dinners accommodating up to 40 people.

Job Description
- Ability to work in all positions (hot, cold, etc.);
- Manage the preparation of raw materials;
- Prepare garnishes and sauces;
- Ensure plating and compliance of dishes;
- Control the cleanliness of the kitchen and the condition of equipment and materials used;
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and safety regulations in force.
Qualifications
- Cook's Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent qualification;
- 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluency in French;
- Be flexible and available regarding working hours and days;
- Have a very good team spirit;
- Sense of service and hospitality.
Additional Information
Job Supplement
- Work on weekends and public holidays;
- Day, evening, and night shifts;
- At least 1 weekend per month;
- Annual salary over 13 months between 54,600.- and 58,500.- depending on experience and diplomas;
- Night shift bonus;
- 13th salary paid in June and December.
