What is my role?

Do you want to take responsibility, contribute your expertise and actively shape HR processes? In this versatile leadership role, you combine payroll and HR know-how with leadership and digitalisation.

Your opportunities

• You lead and develop the Payroll & HR Administration area together with two employees and one apprentice.

• You are responsible for payroll processing including social security, HR administration as well as time recording for the Swiss Sugar Group.

• You advise employees and managers on questions regarding payroll, working hours, labour law and HR processes and work closely with the HR Business Partners.

• You actively drive the digitalisation and further development of our HR processes.

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration.

• Interest in labour law topics and enthusiasm for digitalisation.

• Leadership experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge of SwissSalary and Calitime is a plus.
