Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Ensure material availability for projects and production

• Monitor and optimise minimum stock levels and inventory strategies

• Prepare and maintain project bills of materials

• Support project purchasers regarding material availability

• Maintain and develop supplier master data, conditions and procurement information

• Analyse, improve and implement supplier performance

• Participate in improvement and digitalisation projects

• Interface between engineering, project management, production and purchasing

• Support with organisational and strategic tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical training with further education in purchasing, supply chain, logistics or business administration is essential

• Several years of experience in purchasing, supply chain or material planning

• Experience with bills of materials, material planning, ERP systems

• Technical understanding in mechanical/plant engineering is an advantage

• Very good German skills, good English skills

• Analytical thinking, process and cost understanding

• Independent, structured working style

• Teamwork and sense of responsibility
