To strengthen our team in the Retail sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as Lead POS Communication, 100%, at the Basel Headquarters location from 01.11.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure the correct visual identity and consistency in shop windows as well as in in-store communication of our main season campaigns.
- You develop cross-departmental go-to-market initiatives, create promotion briefings and manage communication to the department stores.
- You are responsible for supplier management (national/international) including procurement, timely orders and deliveries as well as managing the material warehouse, and you ensure comprehensive implementation in the department stores.
- You are responsible for budget planning and control for initiatives and transformation projects, support projects and manage external agencies.
- You coordinate POS communication tasks along the commercial calendar and support the marketing team.
- You work closely with visual merchandising, marketing, CRM and the content factory.
- You promote cross-departmental collaboration and continuously optimise processes with pragmatism and flexibility.
Your profile
- You have training/studies in management or design and bring experience in trade marketing, POS communication and go-to-market campaign management.
- You have over 10 years of professional experience as well as 7–10 years of leadership experience.
- You have a strong sense for trends and aesthetics, negotiate confidently and have experience in global sourcing of POS materials.
- You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop as well as common office applications.
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland.
- You speak fluent German and English; another national language is an advantage.
- You are a collaborative, solution-oriented and proactive personality with high customer orientation, team spirit, agility and personal responsibility.
