Automation Technician with Experience in PLC Controls and Maintenance
Tasks
- You extend the lifespan of machines and optimise their use
- You increase operational safety and identify weaknesses early
- You plan repairs proactively and create maintenance schedules
- You maintain and monitor PLC controls (including older systems)
- You connect ERP systems with machine controls
- You carry out repairs on mechanical and electrotechnical equipment
Requirements
- Training as an Automation Technician with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Experience with robotics (e.g. ABB, KUKA) is an advantage
- Understanding of complex controls (PLC and older systems)
- High quality and safety awareness
- You are proactive, resilient, flexible and enjoy working in a team
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
