Your area of impact - where you make a difference- Management of the Electrical Planning Department - You take responsibility for exciting projects in the field of electrical planning - from the offer to the handover
- Technical and personnel leadership of assigned employees - You lead your project team, plan resources, and keep an eye on costs and deadlines
- Creating plans and schematics - You support our electrical installation project managers
- Technical and administrative management of exciting small and large projects throughout Eastern Switzerland - You work independently, take responsibility, and remain focused even in hectic phases.
- Independent handling of all SIA phases - from planning through tendering to implementation
- Exchange and collaboration with other business units and external partners - You maintain contact with customers and coordinate with internal interfaces
- Apprenticeship as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EFZ with further training as a project manager or currently in training
- Experience in project management, ideally in the industrial or renovation sector
- You want to shape, take responsibility, and further develop your specialist area
- CAD skills, NPK experience, and a general IT affinity
- Enjoyment of technically complex tasks and an independent, communicative working style
- Team spirit, openness, and commitment are natural to you
