Job Description

• Ensuring a smooth production process considering quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines
• Leading, motivating, and further developing the production team as well as promoting an open feedback and working culture
• Planning and optimal deployment of personnel, machines, and materials
• Analysing and continuously optimising production processes, costs, and productivity
• Monitoring production metrics and budget and deriving appropriate improvement measures
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, legal requirements, and relevant certification standards
• Leading and participating in projects as well as introducing new technologies and production methods
• Close collaboration with purchasing, logistics, planning, sales, and other interfaces to optimise the value chain

We Expect

• Completed technical basic training and further training as an industrial production manager HF or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an industrial or production environment
• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• Experience in lean management and continuous improvement of production processes is an advantage
• Good knowledge of occupational safety as well as a strong quality and cost awareness
• Very good organisational skills and a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as good MS Office skills
• Assertive, resilient, and communicative personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Very good German skills as well as business fluent English skills
