Your tasks
- Support and care for people with cognitive and psychological disabilities
- Organisational and professional management of several client processes
- Further development of an existing residential offer into new inclusive living options
- Active participation in specialist and project groups
- Deputising for the department head
- Vocational training of FaBe apprentices
Your profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH
- Professional training course in vocational education or willingness to acquire it
- Flexible, innovative and humorous personality
- Transparent, communicative and solution-oriented working style
- Good organisational skills and independent working method
- Confident handling of digital tools
- Willingness for on-call, evening and weekend duties
