The core of your role is supporting residents with care needs in our three external residential groups in Langnau, Zollbrück and Konolfingen. With your refreshing and social manner, you contribute during short- or long-term absences or staff shortages. You help ensure that residents feel comfortable and secure in their living and working communities.
Your qualities
- Open, interested and time-flexible personality
- Committed to co-creating in various residential groups and with different teams
- Experience working with people with care and support needs
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekend shifts and night presence
