Main tasks:
- Read and interpret plans, technical drawings, and 3D models to determine and ensure production requirements (tooling, fixtures)
- Create CAM programmes using Gibbs CAM
- Participate in defining machining and grinding manufacturing processes
- Perform fine-tuning of CAM programmes


Job requirements:
- ES technician diploma in the mechanical sector
- Proven experience in manufacturing watch components
- At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland
- Knowledge of the watchmaking sector
- Proficiency in Gibbs CAM software
- Experience in machining (CNC turning and milling)
- Proficiency in reading plans
- Experience in CNC polishing and satin finishing in the watchmaking sector
