The role

You work directly with our clients' leaders on their transformation, with real autonomy. Depending on the assignments, you will be expected to:

• Advise decision-makers and be their trusted partner, from strategy through to implementation

• Manage workstreams or key projects, and facilitate workshops that bring diverse stakeholders to decisions

• Bridge business and IT, with the support of ELCA Group experts (architects, UX designers, data specialists, cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity)

• Coach and support junior colleagues

• Contribute to the development of our offerings in your area of expertise, build lasting client relationships and participate in the growth of ELCA Advisory

Your profile

• 4 to 7 years of experience in strategy, management or technology consulting, with experience in strategic projects in cross-functional teams

• Experience preparing presentations for senior management and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders

• Autonomy, analytical mindset, listening skills, solution-oriented attitude and entrepreneurial spirit

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in information systems, engineering or sciences; a specialisation in management or an MBA is a plus

• Excellent French and English, both spoken and written

• Availability for travel according to project needs

A plus

• Certifications in common methods and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, CISM)

• Knowledge of digital technologies (including AI), cloud transformation and public procurement
