Tasks
- Assist with all administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR inquiries.
- Maintain employee data and payroll changes in the HR system.
Skills
- You have a commercial education and HR qualifications or assistant training.
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Communicate effectively in German and have a good command of English.
