- Receiving fault reports, questions, and change requests via telephone and remote maintenance
- Assisting PC users with setting up workstations and peripheral devices
- Analysing, resolving, and documenting ICT issues
- Creating added value through the application of ITIL competencies
- Classifying, processing, and documenting tickets and forwarding them to second-level support
- Maintaining the knowledge database and managing the hardware inventory
- Professional experience in IT service desk and IT support environments
- In-depth process knowledge in service request, incident, problem, and change management (ITIL certification desirable)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft-based cloud, client/server environments, and the MS Office product range
- Personality of a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Very reliable, committed, persistent, and good interpersonal skills
- Very good English skills as well as business fluent German

Responsibilities

Profile
- Completed IT specialist training (EFZ) or equivalent qualifications- Professional experience in IT service desk and IT support environments
- In-depth process knowledge in service request, incident, problem, and change management (ITIL certification desirable)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft-based cloud, client/server environments, and the MS Office product range
- Personality of a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
