Availability for regular assignments (if possible also at night - not mandatory)

• Caritas Zurich end-of-life care course: After signing the assignment agreement, attendance of the course is mandatory (costs covered by Serata, Foundation for the Elderly)

Serata, Foundation for the Elderly

is the operator of a modern retirement centre with various services and the public restaurant Tisch55 with 110 seats.

Your task

• Openness to flexible deployment options and the ability to adapt to different situations
• Motivation and interest in supporting people with an incurable, progressive illness
• Reliability and willingness to regularly participate in assignments

Skills

Enjoyment in dealing with people and a lot of empathy

Completed "Last Aid" course, Reformed Church Zurich (before or during trial assignments)

Palliative Care A1 certificate (or willingness to obtain it)

Discretion and tact

Language

Spoken German (we welcome any additional languages)
