Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

We are looking for a proactive individual who combines technical know-how with organisational talent!

• Independent maintenance, servicing and repair of construction machinery, small equipment as well as vehicles of all kinds

• Responsibility for the entire workshop organisation - from deployment planning to coordination of spare parts logistics

• Carrying out mechanical work both in the workshop and directly on site at construction sites

• Professional advice and support for internal colleagues as well as acceptance of service orders

• Execution of locksmith work including welding, drilling and cutting tasks

• Optional: Management and supervision of the vehicle fleet including preparation of vehicles for official inspections

• Central contact person with overall professional responsibility for the entire workshop area

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training with a focus on vehicle technology - for example as a mechanic in the field of agricultural machinery, construction machinery or small equipment

• Professional experience in a comparable position as well as an independent and responsible way of working

• Advantageous: Expertise or practical experience in electrical engineering, hydraulics or the automotive sector

• Team-oriented and reliable personality with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility

• Physical resilience for demanding manual work

• Driving licence category B required
