TasksAs a specialist salesperson in field sales, you take responsibility for the entire sales process – from acquisition to the successful implementation of tailored digital solutions for our customers.
Your core tasks:
- Customer acquisition & support: You identify potential new customers and support existing customers in the area of E-Business & Systems. Building long-term partnerships and maintaining customer relationships is your goal.
- Consulting & solution development: You analyze the needs of customers and develop tailored digital solutions that increase your customers' success.
- Project coordination: You are responsible for the efficient implementation and introduction of digital ORSY® systems, always focusing on quality, schedule, and cost-effectiveness.
- Training & coaching: You conduct training for customers as well as internal teams (online & offline)
- After-sales support: You take care of follow-up after implementation and ensure that the digital solutions are continuously optimized.
- Sales & customer retention: You are active in new customer acquisition and build long-term partnerships. In doing so, you strengthen customer loyalty through professional advice and proactively approach potential new customers and maintain existing customer relationships. - Consulting competence: You act as a competent advisor for digital solutions that significantly increase the efficiency and productivity of customers.
- Revenue growth: You support corporate goals through targeted measures and contribute to growth in the area of E-Business & Systems.
- Process optimization: You promote the productivity and success of your customers through the use of digital solutions.
Requirements
- You have experience in selling digital solutions, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
- You have strong consulting skills, think analytically, and have good technical understanding.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and are able to effectively coordinate both internal and external interfaces.
- You are communicative and goal-oriented and enjoy successfully implementing complex projects.
- You approach your tasks independently and purposefully.
- Valid driver's license (category B)
