YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Overall responsibility for the OCM strategy in the ERP/PLM rollout
• Further development and implementation of the change, communication, and enablement concept
• Management of all change measures along the program lifecycle (design, build, deploy, stabilization)
• Professional leadership and support of the local OCM teams
• Close cooperation with project management, stream leads, HR, communication, and training
• Stakeholder management at top management and specialist department levels
• Conducting change impact analyses and deriving targeted measures
• Preparation and moderation of workshops and communication formats
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Completed studies in business administration, business psychology, organizational development, or comparable
• Several years of experience in organisational change management, ideally in large ERP and/or PLM programs
• Proven experience in global rollouts and complex transformation projects
• Very good understanding of business processes (e.g., engineering, supply chain, production, finance)
• Solid knowledge of common change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
• Strong communication and moderation skills at all hierarchy levels
• High assertiveness combined with empathy and political sensitivity
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
