Production Planner Industry (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is the Swiss competence centre for specialised services in the areas of components, systems, process optimisation, and strategic as well as operational procurement. They are now able to develop, manufacture, commission, and handle the logistics of complete systems, machines, and devices for customers according to their needs.
Role:
In this position, you are responsible for operational production and capacity planning and ensure an economical utilisation of manufacturing resources. You analyse demand developments, coordinate alignment between different company departments, and initiate appropriate measures to ensure delivery capability. Furthermore, you actively contribute to the optimisation of planning processes and the further development of internal procedures.
Responsibilities:
Creation and ongoing adjustment of production and capacity planning considering available resources
Control of the production sequence for intermediate and final products to ensure efficient production
Monitoring of plant utilisation as well as identification and analysis of optimisation potentials
Evaluation of demand forecasts, production key figures, and planning data as well as initiation of appropriate follow-up measures
Coordination of alignment between sales, production, and other internal departments to ensure reliable order processing
Maintenance and updating of planning and master data in close cooperation with relevant interfaces
Participation in or leadership of internal optimisation and improvement projects
Analysis of capacity bottlenecks, development of suitable solutions, and monitoring of implementation
Continuous further development of planning processes, methods, and workflows
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training
Further training in production planning, process management, or a comparable field is an advantage
Experience with ERP systems, ideally with integrated planning and disposition solutions
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confident handling of data analyses
Strong organisational skills, structured working method, and high initiative
Analytical thinking and a good understanding of interrelations in industrial production processes
Assertiveness, teamwork skills, and a goal- and service-oriented working style
Good English skills are an advantage
Fluent German skills
